2. About these terms

These terms apply to every appointment you book with us, whether online, by phone or in person, and to your use of our website. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

How we use your personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the day you book applies to that booking.

3. Who can use our services

Our services are only for clients aged 18 and over. We may ask for photo ID to confirm your age, and we will not treat anyone who cannot show they are 18 or over.

4. Consultation and suitability

Before any treatment, your practitioner will ask about your medical history, current medicines, allergies and any recent treatments elsewhere. You must give full and accurate information. Missing or wrong information can affect your safety and the result.

Your practitioner may decide, in their clinical judgement, that a treatment is not suitable for you, or not suitable yet. In that case we will not carry it out, and we may suggest an alternative or refer you to your GP or another specialist. If we decline a treatment you have already paid for, we will refund the treatment price, less the price of any consultation that took place.

We will not treat you if you are, or may be, pregnant or breastfeeding where the treatment is not recommended, or if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Booking an appointment

You can book online through our appointment form or by phone on 07853396767. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Please check the service, date and time in that email and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Some treatments need more than one session, or a consultation first. Your practitioner will explain this before you start.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown when you book is the price you pay for that appointment. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect a booking already confirmed.

You can pay online by debit or credit card when you book, or at the clinic on the day. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

The price covers the treatment described. Any extra treatment, product or test that your practitioner recommends will only go ahead if you agree to it and its price first.

Blood tests: where a sample is sent to an external laboratory, the price covers the tests listed for that service. Turnaround times depend on the laboratory and are estimates only.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. Please contact us by phone on 07853396767 or by email at info@bewelltoday.co.uk. If you paid online, we will refund you in full to the card you used within 14 days.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the amount you paid is non-refundable. If you have not paid in advance, we may ask you to pay in advance for future bookings.

We may need to cancel or move an appointment, for example if a practitioner is ill. If we do, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time or a full refund.

If you book online or by phone, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. By choosing an appointment date within that 14-day period, you ask us to provide the service before the period ends.

If you cancel under this right more than 24 hours before your appointment, we will refund you in full. Once your treatment has been carried out, the right to cancel no longer applies to that treatment.

9. Arriving late

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or rebook it for another day, so that other clients are not delayed. A shortened or rebooked appointment caused by late arrival is charged at the full price.

Before treatment, your practitioner will explain what the treatment involves, the expected benefits, the possible risks and side effects, and any alternatives. You will be asked to sign a consent form. You can ask questions at any time, and you can change your mind and stop before or during treatment.

We may take photographs of the treatment area to record your progress. We only do this with your consent, and the photos form part of your confidential clinical record. We will never use them for marketing without your separate written permission.

11. Results and aftercare

Everyone responds differently, so we cannot guarantee a specific result. Some treatments need several sessions, and results can take weeks to appear. Your practitioner will give you aftercare advice. Following it is important for your safety and your results.

If you have any unexpected reaction after treatment, contact us straight away. In an emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

12. Our responsibility to you

We will carry out your treatment with reasonable care and skill, by trained practitioners, in line with these terms and UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us, or by not following the aftercare advice. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked, or for business losses.

13. Conduct in the clinic

We expect our staff and clients to treat each other with respect. We may refuse or end an appointment if a client is abusive, aggressive or behaves inappropriately. In that case no refund is due.

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us so we can put it right. Contact us by email at info@bewelltoday.co.uk or by phone on 07853396767. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to give you a full response within 20 working days.

15. Website use

The content of our website is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified practitioner. All text, images and design on the website belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them without permission.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the terms will still apply.
